First day of training India:
I hate my life.
-His computer is painfully slow. It took 5 minutes for his computer to open one program and 3 minutes for it to open another program. There was a 15-30 second delay on any change I did on iLinc… so I would change programs on my computer then 15-30 seconds later he would be able to see that change on his end.
-He wasn’t given the instruction manuals before hand, so most of the day was spent on him reading the manuals and me showing him the basics on DMS and Phoenix.
-We started late… I thought we’d start training at 8, but we started after 10.
-There were troubles with his computer but the manager had left the office and hesaid there was no supervisor there!
-He left at 3, yet the manager agreed to have them work from 8-5.
-He doesn’t have 2 computer screens, I don’t think.
There weren’t problems with him, really… he just kept sighing, which to me sounds like he’s bored. Other than that he was very patient and seemed to catch on. Overall I think it was a highly inefficient day, he still doesn’t know how to process a payment on his own.

that sounds entirely too frustrating.
by the way, I was thinking about you in the shower today (um, i know, shut up) and I was just thinking about how I still think of you as "manseekingholygonzojellomold" or however that crazy name went. and then I always have to think for a second about what your new screen name is. (I use the word "new" loosely since I know you've had this one for about, oh, forever.)
Feel free to be totally creeped out now.
