  • I took Coco on a walk this morning for 25 minutes. I don't know how far it was or how many calories were burned, but Coco is out of shape!!!

  • I've been really slacking since I got back from vacation. I worked out a few times that I haven't blogged about, but I didn't do much when I did.

    Today: 17 minutes on treadmill, 7 minutes running, 10 minutes speed walking, 1.1 miles, 150 calories burned.

  • 40 minutes on bike, I think a little over 500 calories burned, but not sure since the stupid thing reset after 22 minutes. Don't know how many miles, I'm guessing 8. All at 'hardness' of 9.

  • I am on vacation and am pleased to report I worked out! (Besides for the obvious)

    Biked for 35 minutes, 7 miles for a total of 410 calories. All at 'hardness' of 8 or whatever you call it.

  • 10 squats, 200 crunchies.
    Walked for 30 minutes, 10 on 3.5 speed at 10 incline with 3 pound weights... 20 at 5 incline, anywhere from 3 to 3.5 speed.

  • yesterday I did 200 crunchies, 20 lunges, 10 squats
    walked for 17 minutes, high incline at a fast pace. 10 minutes of that with 3 minute weights. 150 calories burned

  • 250 crunchies, 15 squats (ish)
    30 minutes of walking: 10 at speed 4 with 3 pound weights, no incline. 20 at speed 3 with no weights, incline at max (10). 300 calories burned. 1.75 miles.

  • I haven't had such a sadness problem since I was 16. 

  • 10 minutes of crunchies and squats
    30 minutes of walking, 10 minutes with 3 pound weights, 250? or 275 calories burned. Been walking on an incline so haven't been walking very fast, but more tired now than I was with no incline.

  • Yesterday I can't remember what I did....
    I think 35 minutes, 275 calories, 2 miles? upgraded to two 3-pound weights, I think I walked with them for 15 minutes?
    Did some crunchies and squats.
