• Since we are already approved, I figure it's safe to post pictures of the house we're in love with.  We call it the barn house, because of the name of the subdivision:

  We don't like this one as much because of the swamp cooler, the weird kitchen and 1st floor, and no garage, but  it's big and there's a $2000 carpet allowance.

  We just don't have an agent yet.  My dad was supposed to be ours but has no time right now so we have to wait until tomorrow to make some calls.  We're getting impatient...
