• Walk-Through inspection is Thursday at 7.
  Closing is Friday at 4.
  Possession is next Saturday at 4.
  Our Loan Officer is going to pay for our appraisal and is going to get us $500 back on our down payment somehow.  It's because it's a super duper awesome guy and doesn't do this for a living, only for family and friends, so doesn't *need* the extra money.

  I sold our cocktail table this morning:
  

  We just got back from RC Willey and purchased

  a refrigerator
  
  (Yes, white.  Stainless scratches stupid easy and every little fingerprint shows)

  stove
  
  (Ceramic flat top, convection)

  and dining table set
  
  It looks a lot nicer in person - when we get it I'll take a picture.  It's beautiful - and we got a frikken awesome deal on it.  

  We both took today off to celebrate our anniversary since we weren't able to take yesterday off.  We fought all morning because I'm being difficult.  I'm even being difficult for myself to handle because I don't know what my problem is.

  All of that is going to be delivered once we get possession.  They're also taking away the old stove.
