Walked for 30 minutes, 10 on 3.5 speed at 10 incline with 3 pound weights... 20 at 5 incline, anywhere from 3 to 3.5 speed.

30 minutes of walking: 10 at speed 4 with 3 pound weights, no incline. 20 at speed 3 with no weights, incline at max (10). 300 calories burned. 1.75 miles.- 9:15 pm

10 minutes of crunchies and squats
30 minutes of walking, 10 minutes with 3 pound weights, 250? or 275 calories burned. Been walking on an incline so haven't been walking very fast, but more tired now than I was with no incline.- 8:26 pm

I think 35 minutes, 275 calories, 2 miles? upgraded to two 3-pound weights, I think I walked with them for 15 minutes?

2 hours of dancing tonight... it was technically country dancing. I went with my brother Drew and he danced with me a lot, taught me a lot of stuff. Mostly it was swing and cha-cha that we did.
I used to dance in high school. I was pretty good then.
I suck now.
